Andrew is a helicopter pilot, human performance facilitator, and coach working at the intersection of wellbeing and high-reliability operations. With a background in clinical and corporate health, and over 15 years in complex aviation environments including offshore and aeromedical operations, Andrew brings a rare blend of operational credibility and human insight.

His work is shaped not only by frontline experience, but by a deep understanding of how stress, fatigue, and life pressures influence attention, communication, decision-making, and psychological safety in high-risk settings.

Andrew supports organisations across aviation, first response, and many other industries to strengthen non-technical skills, self-regulation, and leadership behaviours in practical, operationally relevant ways. His approach is grounded, relatable, and focused on building sustainable performance from the inside out.

As a father of young children, Andrew brings a personal lens to his work, recognising that how people show up at home and at work is deeply connected. He believes wellbeing is not separate from success in the workplace, but a key condition for it, and that high performance is built equally through both skill and will.
